W.net inspires and empowers women in the electronic transactions industry to maximize their individual potential and position themselves for greater personal success.
Background: The Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions (W.net) is the premier electronic transactions organization dedicated solely to women in the field. From its very beginnings and through today, W.net’s goal has been and remains a simple one – to provide a forum to inspire and empower women in the electronic transactions industry through networking opportunities, mentoring programs, and the overall promotion of women in the industry by enabling them to maximize their potential and position them for greater success. In short – to teach women in the payments industry how to be stronger and more powerful female leaders.
As the organization has continued to grow, it has provided opportunities in even more ways – by expanding its reach on both the local and national level with both the expansion of LINC’s (Local Interest Network Circles), Super LINC event and annual Career & Leadership Summit. W.net is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization and all contributions are tax deductible.
W.net members are CEOs, Presidents, Senior Managers, emerging leaders and women from all levels in the electronic transaction industry. W.net membership spans across all facets of the electronic transaction industry to include: merchant acquiring, card issuing, processors, stored value, loyalty, check and ACH.
