W.net Membership Fees are non-refundable.
EVENT REFUND POLICY
W.net will provide a full refund for cancellations made 10 business days prior to all events in writing. See listings below.
Regional LINC events:
Registrations cancelled 10 business days prior to the event will recieve a full refund. Request must be recieved via email. Should you wish to transfer your registration to another guest this will be permitted up to 3 business days prior to the event.
Registrations cancelled 10 business days prior to the event will recieve a full refund less a $25 processing fee. Request must be recieved via email. Should you wish to transfer your registration to another guest this will be permitted up to 5 business days prior to the event.
Career & Leadership Summit:
Registrations cancelled 10 business days prior to the event will recieve a full refund less a $50 processing fee. Request must be recieved via email. Should you wish to transfer your registration to another guest this will be permitted up to 5 business days prior to the event.
To obtain a refund, you will need to submit a written cancellation notice to both firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com, no less than10 business days prior to the event. No refunds will be provided after that time.
W.net takes every precaution to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected. When you enter sensitive information, such as a credit card number, the information is encrypted with industry standard encryption software SSL. While on a secure page, such as our online store, the lock icon displays on the top right hand side of the page when using Web browsers such Internet Explorer.
Information Collection and Use
W.net collects information in several ways on our Web site. Personal information is collected when you sign up for membership or register for an event. The type of information collected includes names, addresses, email address, telephone and fax numbers, credit card information, and information on your preferences regarding membership. Information collected from other areas of the site is used for billing purposes and to fill customer orders. Contact information may be used to contact you regarding your request or registration.
At times, email and postal addresses are used to contact members in order to generate volunteer support for the organization. W.net does not sell its membership lists to third parties.
Occasionally, W.net will send you information on products, services, events, and special promotions. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present you the option of not receiving these types of communications. Opt out choices are placed on every promotional email and fax. You may also opt out of all marketing promotions by contacting W.net by phone (877) 772-WNET.
Cookies are files stored on a user's computer. They are correlated to the particular user but are not linked to any personally identifiable information. If member or site registrant requests that her profile is listed in the online database program that allows directory searches, event registration and community interactions, it will require a login. This login can be stored on the user's computer in the cookies, and will reside on the user's computer for an extended period of time. The cookies are used to maintain log-in information and shopping basket contents.
