Deana’s experience in the payments industry led her to found Deana Rich Consulting, where she focuses on risk, operations and compliance. Previously, she was director of merchant relations for Jettis, Inc. and vice president of operations for iPayment, Inc.
Deana has held a seat on the board of MAC since its inception. An active member of ETA, she has been honored by that group as both Member of the Year and Volunteer of the Year.
Director of Mobility and Secure Payments, Retail Solutions Division, Intel®
Michelle Tinsley is the director of the Mobility and Secure Payment team in the Retail Solutions Division. In this capacity, she is responsible for Intel’s efforts in setting global strategy for mobile retail devices and defining product strategies to solve end retailer problems. During her 24-year span at Intel, Tinsley has progressed from controller proxy in Copenhagen, Denmark, to supporting the Intelligent Systems Group in various controller positions, and then General Manager of the Personal Solutions Division. Outside of Intel, Tinsley is an active member of the Arizona State University Dean’s Council of 100, a hand-selected group of professional thought-leaders who council the W. P. Carey School of Business in both undergraduate and post-graduate degrees. Michelle is also an active angel investor in the Arizona Technology Investors group. Michelle serves on the Board of Directors for Ubora, an IT Solutions Company for Small Business. Tinsley received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oregon and an MBA from Arizona State University.
Kelly Tufts is Vice President of Portfolio Marketing at Discover Financial Services. In this role, she is responsible for driving credit card wallet share and loan growth through Cardmember engagement and loyalty. Prior to this role, she was Vice President of Acquisition Marketing for three years where she launched the Discover it platform and drove significant growth in both volume and engagement of new accounts.

Diane is currently the Chief Executive Officer for JetPay Corporation, a leading provider of debt and credit card processing for merchants, payroll and human capital management, and prepaid card services. Previously, Diane was at the helm of the National Benefits Programs, which helps its membership organizations (such as payment processsors, acquirers and ISOs) enhance brand loyalty and increase premember profitability.
Diane is a former president of the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) as well as a former member of Merchant Link and FrontStream Payments boards.

An expert in the merchant acquiring business, Linda consults with banks, ISOs, merchants and processors. She is co-founder of the Global Acquiring Conference and an advisor to Digitsz Solutions.
Linda spent much of her career at Visa where she rose to senior vice president of acquirer and processor sales for the U.S.
