Cindy Armine-Klein
Executive Vice President and Chief Control Officer
First Data

Cindy Armine-Klein joined First Data in 2014 as Chief Control Officer assuming responsibility for Risk and Controls. She also leads Unity, First Data’s LGBT diversity and inclusion program as well as being co-head of the Women’s Leadership Council.

Cindy began her career in Compliance and Controls at Citigroup and its predecessor firms, ultimately being named Citigroup’s Global Chief Compliance Officer in 2008. In 2011 she moved to JPMorgan Chase & Co. where she was the Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Retail Financial Services and then assumed the role of Global Chief Compliance Officer.

In 2006, she was honored by Citigroup as their Champion of Diversity for her work and outstanding commitment to diversity. Cindy was inducted in the YWCA’s Academy of Women Leaders in 2007. In 2016 PaymentsSource she was selected as one of the Most Influential Women in Payments. She has been noted as one of the FT/OUTstanding Top 100 LGBT Executives and has recently received the Most Powerful and Influential Women for Diversity and Inclusion by the Tri-State Diversity Council. She serves as Vice Chairman on the Board of GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network), she was the former treasurer and Board Member for Out & Equal Workplace Advocates and serves as treasurer on the Board of WIN (Women in Need).

De Angela L. Duff
Innovation Lab & an Associate Professor at Spelman

De Angela L. Duff is co-director of the Innovation Lab and associate professor at Spelman. Her research currently combines music, photography, and technology. You can see her past and present projects at http://www.polishedsolid.com. Previously she was the co-director of integrated Digital Media (IDM) and professor at NYU Tandon School of Engineering. De Angela has organized, and spoken at, multiple symposia. Her work has been featured in publications such as Print magazines, and books, Now Loading and Animation Design for the World Wide Web. De Angela holds an MFA in Studio Art from MiCA, and bachelor degrees from Georgia State University and Georgia Tech.

Matrice Ellis-Kirk
Managing Director
RSR Partners

She has more than 20 years’ experience in the executive search industry and is a senior member of RSR’s Board Recruiting and Chief Executive Officers Practices, and is a member of the Partners Executive Committee. Before RSR Partners, Matrice led board and CEO assignments at two large global search firms. Her early career was as an officer in commercial banking at MBank. She was vice president of the Office of Management and Budget at Dallas Area Rapid Transit. Matrice chairs the AT&T Performing Arts Center and a board member of the DFW Airport Authority. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, is married, and has two daughters who live in New York City.

Stephanie Ferris
Chief Financial Officer

Stephanie L. Ferris serves as global chief financial officer of Worldpay, a global leader in integrated omni-commerce payments, processing more than 40 billion credit and debit card transactions annually. Previously, Stephanie served as chief financial officer at Vantiv, Inc. While at Vantiv, Stephani lead Vantiv’s financial planning and analysis group, and served as general manager of Vantiv’s merchant bank business, which she successfully transformed into one of fastest growing channels in the company. Prior to Vantiv, Stephanie was Fifth Third Bank’s chief financial officer. Stephanie is a certified public accountant and graduate of Miami University.

Keri Gohman

Throughout her career, Keri has supported the financial and business management needs of aspiring entrepreneurs and established business owners alike, as they start, manage and grow their operations. After spending nearly a decade in banking at Capital One, Keri is now responsible for Americas-based expansion and growth for cloud accounting software company, Xero. She holds a Master Black Belt, a Six Sigma accreditation from GE. Keri’s passion is helping unleash the power in others and helping entrepreneurs pursue their dreams.

Theresa Gongora
SVP, Finance

Theresa Gongora was recently announced as the SVP, Finance of TSYS, a S&P 500 company. In her new role, she is the chief finance executive for TSYS’ merchant solutions segment, a top US merchant acquirer. Prior to her recent move, Theresa was the head of corporate strategy and development at TSYS. She has been instrumental in executing on TSYS’s acquisition activity over the past 5 years, the most recent transaction being the $1B acquisition of Cayan.

Theresa is the 2018 President of the Board of Directors of W.Net.

Theresa holds a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird, School of Global Management, a Juris Doctor Degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and a Bachelors from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She is a Member of the Ohio State Bar.

Joan Herbig

Joan E. Herbig has more than 25 years’ experience in the high-tech industry. She has held many roles and built companies that have been recognized for high-quality products and services, and robust business growth. Joan currently serves on the Board of Directors for ControlScan, where she served as chief executive officer from 2007 until May 2017 and is credited with transforming the company into a leading PCI compliance and Managed Security service provider.

Previously, Joan was chief executive officer of both Cambia Security, Inc., XcelleNet, Inc. (now part of SAP), and was senior product line manager at Digital Communications Associates.

Joan chaired the Board of Directors for the Technology Association of Georgia and serves as 2018 Treasurer of Wnet’s Board of Directors. Joan holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky and a BA in French from the University of Louisville. In 2011, she was inducted into the University of Kentucky's College of Engineering Hall of Distinction.

Pamela Jospeh

Pam Joseph most recently served as President and chief operating officer of TSYS where she was responsible for overseeing all business lines, building out a global product division, exceeding revenue expectations and enhancing business margins through various cost optimization programs. During her tenure the TSYS share price improved 40%.  Prior to joining TSYS, Pam was chief operations officer of Elavon and U.S. Bancorp’s vice chair of U.S. Bancorp’s payment services division where Pam had executive responsibility for all electronic payment product lines. Joseph served as a board director for Paychex, and Centene and is currently a board member of TransUnion. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Spelman College and Chairman of Women Leaders in Action, a nonprofit organization that helps educate young women in Africa. She was selected as one of the Most Influential Women in Payments and one of the Most Powerful Women in Banking for ten consecutive years. Ms. Joseph is married, has three children and earned a bachelors degree in business administration from the University of Illinois.

Martina King
Chief Executive Officer

Martina has been chief executive officer of Featurespace, the global leader in adaptive behavioural analytics for managing fraud, risk and compliance. Former managing director of augmented reality company, Aurasma, Martina has an extensive career in media technology, including leadership roles at Yahoo! Europe and Capital Radio. Martina was named one of the Top 40 powerful women in tech by Silicon Republic, as has won the Technology Engineering Women in Business award at the Variety Catherine awards. Most recently, Martina was named one of PaymentSource’s Most Influential Women in Payments 2018.

Claire Lewis (Yum) Arnold

Claire Lewis Arnold is chief executive officer and co-founder of Atlanta-based Leapfrog Services, providing extraordinary IT services in a remote management model, to businesses and organizations of up to several thousand users. Prior to Leapfrog, Ms. Arnold acquired and built NCC LP into one of Georgia’s five largest privately held companies and lead marketing, sales, long-range planning with Coca Cola USA. Clare has served on the Boards of Directors of six NYSE-listed companies and currently serves on one.

Claire’s entrepreneurial skills have earned her awards including Most Admired CEO in the Technology Sector, The MACOC/ABC Entrepreneur of the Year (2001), and ABC’s Women Who Mean Business (2017). She currently serves on multiple academic and non-profit Boards and her community activities have resulted in award from Atlanta’s Girl Scouts, Rotary Club, and Mary Baldwin College.

Todd Linden

Todd Linden currently serves as the chief executive officer Payment Processing, North America for Paysafe. Todd has a lifetime of experience in the acquiring business, more recently holding the position of president and chief executive officer of Merchants’ Choice Payment Solutions. He previously served as senior vice president and divisional manager of operations at National Processing Company, president and chief operations officer of Card Commerce International, and held several key management positions at Bank of America Merchant Services. Tod has served multiple terms on the ETA Board of Directors, the ETA Advisory Board and has chaired several industry related committees; including the ETA Government Relations Committee.

Daniela Mielke

Daniela Mielke is a global Fintech Executive, Board Member and Advisor with payment systems expertise who leads strategic transformations in the face of rapid technology, regulatory and market changes. Currently, Daniela is the North American CEO for a European Payment processor, leading the development and growth of business in North America. She also retains her own advisory firm. Previously, Daniela served as Chief Strategy and Product Officer of Vantiv (now WorldPay), VP of Global Strategy and Market Intelligence at PayPal and as SVP of Global Strategy at Visa International. Daniela learned her strategy and consulting skills, and honed her boardroom communication style at McKinsey, after starting her career as a corporate auditor with Nestle. Daniela holds a MSc. (equivalent) in Economics and Business the University of Fribourg (Switzerland) and an MBA in International Management from IMD (Switzerland). She was a board member of GCPS, a multinational joint venture of Commercial Card issuing banks. Daniela is a strategic advisor to Machinify, a leading edge Artificial Platform (AI) platform company. She also advises Liquineq, a blockchain company focused on creating a solution for banks to enable global, transparent and instant payments and financial services.

Pattye L. Moore
Board Leader, Author Strategy and Brand Consultant, Speaker

Pattye L. Moore has served as chairman of the board of Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

(NASDAQ: RRGB) since 2010 and been a member of their board since 2007. She also serves on the boards of ONEOK, ONE Gas and privately held QuikTrip Corporation.  Moore is the co-author of a book on leadership instincts, Confessions from the Corner Office and is a frequent speaker and consultant on leadership development and brand strategy.  Moore was previously president of Sonic Corp. Over the 12 years Moore was at Sonic, the company grew from less than $900 million in sales to over $3 billion.  Moore was named to the National Association of Corporate Directors Directorship 100, 100 Top Marketers in the U.S. by Advertising Age and  Nation's Restaurant News top 50 women in foodservice.  Moore and her husband, Mark, live in Broken Arrow, Ok. They have two daughters and three grandsons.

Carol O'Kelley
Chief Executive Officer

Carol has more than 20 years of technology marketing and operations experience, ranging from startups to multi-hundred million dollar global businesses. She has been the CEO at Salesfusion since 2015 and is passionate about giving all marketers access to technology to improve results. Previously, Carol was CMO of RedPrairie where she led global marketing strategy during a time of rapid growth for the company. Before RedPrairie, she was VP and Chief of Staff of Oracle’s global business unit for retail. Prior to that Carol was Director of Corporate & Americas Marketing at Manhattan Associates. Carol graduated from Washington and Lee University and is a recipient of the school’s Distinguished Alumni Award. She serves on the board of the Lawrence J. Connolly Center for Entrepreneurship and the advisory board for the Williams School of Commerce, Economics, and Politics.

Linda Perry
Wnet founder

Linda S. Perry is one of the founders of the Wnet. She has her own payments consulting practice, co-founded the Global Acquiring Conference and is an advisor to Digitzs. Linda spent 17 years at Visa, where she served as senior vice president and head of Acquirer and Processor Sales for the US where she established the department that managed relationships with member-bank acquirers, issuing and acquiring processors, vendors, and independent sales organizations. Linda was named one of the 20 Most Influential Women in Payments for 3 years, was recognized by Transaction World Magazine as “Mover and Shaker” and featured as an “Industry Leader” by The Greensheet. In 2010, Linda was given the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Midwest Acquirers Association. Ms. Perry served as a member of The Electronic Transaction Association’s Board of Directors for 13 years.

Kathryn Petralia

Kathryn co-founded Kabbage to leverage the power of real-time data automation through technology, and the company has since expanded to provide over $4.5 billion to more than 100,000 small businesses.Kabbage has been recognized for its technology and innovation with awards from CNBC, Inc., Forbes and Fast Company and was named one of Glassdoor's 2017 Best Places to Work for companies with fewer than 1,000 employees.

Before co-founding Kabbage, Kathryn served as Vice President of Strategy for Revolution Money, an Internet-based credit card startup, and was a corporate development executive with CompuCredit Corporation.

James Russell

Jim Russell is a partner at PwC and currently leads PwC’s Payments practice. He has 23 years of combined industry and management consulting experience and advises clients from across the payments value chain on a host of topics. Additionally, Jim is helping to craft PwC’s “FS4Tech” initiative in response to the emergence of leading technology companies entering and transforming payments and financial services more broadly. Jim holds a BSBA from the University of Denver.

Dr. Mary Schmidt Campbell

Dr. Mary Schmidt Campbell is the 10th president of Spelman College, a leading women’s college dedicated to the education and global leadership of Black women. Previously, she served Studio Museum in Harlem where she lead the museum’s transformation from a rented loft to the country's first accredited Black fine arts museum. Dr. Campbell served as New York City’s cultural affairs commissioner and served as dean of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts where she earned a reputation for producing artistic trailblazers in theater, film, and interactive media. Former President Barack Obama appointed Dr. Campbell as the vice-chair of the President's Committee on the Arts and the Humanities and she is and author and contributor to multiple publications. Dr. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Swarthmore College, and holds a master's and doctorate degrees from Syracuse University. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and is on the board of several foundations.

Kim Seals
General Partner, The JumpFund


Kim is an active investor in early-stage technology, life science, consumer product, and media companies. She has more than twenty-five years of global experience in human resource consulting, corporate and leadership roles. Kim leads M&A transactions, HR service delivery transformation, program design, as well as HR technology development and implementation.

Kim most recently was a Senior Partner with Mercer, responsible for leading their overall go-to-market strategies in Atlanta. She also held global business leader roles at Mercer including Talent Technology Solutions and HR Effectiveness Consulting. Kim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University.

Serena Smith
Division Executive, International Payments,FIS

Serena Smith has more than two decades of experience in financial technology and currently serves as division executive of International Payments at FIS where she oversees real-time payments and enterprise payments product lines as well as the $1 billion international payments strategy, innovation and product organization. She has been honored with various awards for her contributions to payments. Prior to joining FIS, Serena held leadership positions at Bank One, Regulus West and Corestates Bank. Dedicated to make a difference to people’s lives, Serena is engaged with various community organizations such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She is a stage 4 blood cancer survivor who personally raised more than $250,000 through sharing her story.

Holli Targan
Partner, Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss

Holli is a member of the Jaffe Board of Directors and chairman of the Jaffe Electronic Payments Law Practice Group. She is past president of the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA), a founder, board member, and past president of Wnet, and is a member of the board of the Merchant Acquirers Committee (MAC) and the Detroit Fintech Association. Holli represents payment facilitators, money transmitters, ISOs, banks, card processors, and fintech companies on compliance, contract negotiation, and M&A transactions. She has been honored as a Most Influential Woman in Payments and Best Lawyer in America, and in 2018 received the MWAA Industry Achievement Award.

Michelle Tinsley
Tinsley Retail Insights

Michelle Tinsley is the founder of Tinsley Retail Insights, a consulting firm helping retailers drive actionable innovation. Formerly, Michelle served in a variety of roles over a 25+ year career at Intel including the mini “CFO” of what is today’s IOT business, general manager of a $400M revenue business unit in the IOT group, the retail mobility segment and lead Intel’s efforts to provide solutions for the retail, healthcare and emerging IOT segments. Tinsley is also an active member of the Arizona State University Dean’s Council of 100, is an active angel investor in the Arizona Technology Investors group and Michelle serves on the boards of Quik Trip, Aava Mobile Oy and Wnet. Tinsley received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oregon and an MBA from Arizona State University.

Tim Wimsett
National Processing Company

Tom Wimsett was chief executive officer of two of the largest merchant acquirers in the United States; National Processing Company (NPC), and Iron Triangle Payment Systems, which Tom founded and sold to Vantiv for over $620M in 2010. Tom is currently the chairman of Wimsett & Company, a payments investment and advisory firm, and executive chairman of ControlScan. He is on the board of Revenue Management Solutions and Jack Henry & Associates and has served on public, private and non-profit boards continuously for over two decades.
