Jason Montanez is a 17 year Corporate America Veteran having worked at Two Fortune 100 firms in Verizon(12yrs) and American Express (5yrs). While at Verizon, Jason held various roles of increasing responsibility in the Customer Service, Technical Support, Retail Sales Management, and B2B Sales organizations. At American Express, Jason is currently a Manager of Business Development in the Merchant Acquisition organization responsible for over $96M of business in the greater Houston Texas area. Jason is a published author and also has a consulting firm where he focuses on Leadership, Sales, and Customer Care. Jason holds BA degrees in Communications and Psychology from SUNY Buffalo, an MBA with a concentration in Leadership from Tiffin University, and executive leadership certificates from Notre Dame and Harvard Business School.
Christina Moore has been with American Express for 14 years and has worked in many merchant relationship management and sales roles across in the organization. In her current role, she is a Sr. Partner Manager responsible for relationships with key merchant acquirer partners with a focus on driving small merchant acceptance and activation by selling partners on value of American Express. In previous roles, Christina managed relationships with the largest merchants and managed an indirect sales team who drove B2B spend for American Express clients. Christina holds a BS in Management Science and Information Systems from Penn State University, and an American Express Harvard Certificate in Leadership Excellence. Christina is a contributing member on the WNET webinar committee.
